Interesting refunding question...
Just wonder if you guys know whether professional refunders have voice changing software or if they get away with the same voices all the time? I mean, id assume calling apple/google/nordstrom etc that often you'd run into a associate who remembers your voice and then you get caught? Would be cool if someone knew lol

some companys like apple have a live chat so it's not always phone based.

True. I've heard almost every refunder calls as it's a superior method to chat though
