Trying to do Multiple refunds from different sites, does it matter if the carrier is the same doing delivery?

It depends on the number of refunds you have done. As long as you space out legitimate purchases between refunds for the same carrier then you will be fine in the long term. You don't have to follow that advice, but it is better than your carrier (eventually) noticing what is going on with all of your packages and forcing you to sign for all of your future packages.

In a nutshell, no, as long as you give your carrier-man a break once in a while you will be fine
