Macs would be decent if they weren't overpriced.

people dont consider everything when it comes to price.
like how long it will last, and resale value.

My mom owns a Macbook Air. I have to say its a decent system but bootcamp is a piece of shit and a lot of her programs only run on Windows. I think she spent too much for it and could of gotten a better system for a cheaper price. (PCs have more sales / offers on the market)

the macbook air is pretty dumb.
it doesnt have a disk drive, and only one USB port.

for the same price she could have gotten a macbook pro.
and, im just assuming here, your mom doesnt need a great computer does she?
