Need help!!! PC Hacked

nope i got bot malwerebyte bitdefender from long time and not work,the motherfucker have clone files all over steam,browser and other programs,i also do the cmd netstat -ano and disable all established connection but not work also,only if i get of the net cable,but not work for me that way ,so what all after that should i do ?
-those things from the video i have done many time,only think i have not do i do run reboot mode (is not this safe mode ?) ,and what is the diference if i scan it in reboot mode ,what will do ?

You should boot into safe mode and then scan with antimalware, which operating system do you have? W10 or W7-8? Just search on google "how to boot into safe mode windows X" where X is your os.
After the boot run the scans.

once i end all established connections from cmd,and open browser ,uttorent or steam he again connects,what will you advise me to do to get rid of the nasty motherfucker bitch rat ,sugestions ?

pretty hard to get rid of a rat. I'd recommend to reinstall your windows 7

the problem is it`s not from maybe few mounts or maybe,just recently discover it,will reinstaling of windows will remove for 100% in the future witn no return ?

youll need to wipe you hdd most likely and thatll remove it, it may comeback if you download or browse on sketchy sites

1) Scan all the recently new files you downloaded on VirusTotal (really important)
2) Download a trial version of Kaspersky total security
3) Scan your pc with Kaspersky (btw malwarebytes is not a good antivirus but its great to have with another antivirus as a combo)
4) ??? (wait for the total scan to finish)
5) Proft?

I've dealt with rats and really the best way is to just reformat your PC.

Damn... if you want to get rid of a rat try to download a program called " Rkill " it terminates all malware processes or any programs thats malware-like thats running in the background. If anything just reformat.
