HelpNeed Help "Counter Hacking." Please.

I'm not sure if this is the right area to be posting this... But... I ran into a hacker today who used a hack where he had perfect aim firing from the hip. Now, I used these two hacks to Counter(I had been playing legitimately the whole night until I ran into this player...):

These ones aren't very likely to get detected, however, there's still a slight chance. Now, are there any other hacks out there that are as "least likely to get banned" out there that I can use to counter hack those who seem to of paid for their's and their VAC disabler? Because it was pretty dang hard to counter this guy when his/her aim-bot was perfect.
