Simple XML Generator (Ring/Armor)
The program isn't obfuscated/encrypted in any way, so if you want to decompile it and continue working on it, you can.
I made this as I hate making XMLs (and I got quite a few to make). It's a simple tool, could save you some time, it updates the script "dynamically".

I think so, yes. I did make this in VS 2017 though. I'm 99.9% sure there's basically no difference between how stuff compile so it should be all good.

Probably not, only because a very good weapon maker exists (pfiffel), and abilities is something that I usually want to make manually since I like some unique stuff with the abilities (and adding all this additional stuff to the generator would take some time).

Ideas for a second verison that could look in a server source and figure out all the resources it could put to use. plus making it to where if clicked sword (if that was added) you'd get a list of sword textures for example.
