Can someone link me a steam cards seller?

You could buy yourself one from G2A using G2A pay or paypal and refund it..
I do not know of any Steam Wallet Code seller here in MPGH.

just tell him to buy a couple csgo keys and level up by purchasing sets from sellers, that way he gets a lot more for his money cause rates are like 20sets for 1 key compared to like 5-6sets if you were to buy them on the market (if even that much)
