1,) Still have the (client hp thing) but a mode where you can hide it.
2,) make the backpack like normal prod
3,) when you have no backpack your inventory look like prod.
4,) Have a f5 or something to bring up hack menu.
Thats all.

no the client is fine the way it is!
Actually just a "Stealth Mode" option would be good. In which everything would look like a regular client.
he's said he won't be changing the client for this stuff
