PayPal Question

I've been trying to make a purchase on Apple or Gamestop but once I login to make the payment with PayPal it says this:

"Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

Anyone have experience with this? I've never had it happen to me, any tips or help would be appreciated thanks.

Try another card if you're using one.
