Learning to create krelay plugins

Hey guys. I have decided to stop lurking around and leeching. Everything I have seen has suggested to start with krelay plugins. One problem, I have no experience with coding. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how I should get started. Any links to threads and stuff that would help me out would be great. Thanks for the help!

By the way should I learn c#?

krelay is c#, and krazyshank has a tutorial for your first krelay plugin on his github.
