HelpHow long does a services thread take to get approved?

Title pretty much says it all I wanted to make a GTA V sales thread and i posted it and it said it was redirecting me then lead me straight back to the main page, Then heard that the thread has to be approved?

Wasn't sure if it was the case or not if anyone can clear it up, Thanks.

your shoppage is gonna get reviewed before it will be uploaded ( is your evidence you provide real , is everything okay looking , acording to the rules ,... )
