Asos Issue

Hey guys I just got my Asos order a week ago and I waited for their recommended shipping date, and they are like because the order does not have tracking I have to wait a whole month. So my question is do I wait? or can I say I got it and do a partial refund? (I got some socks and a pair of shoes all came in the same package)

It's literally like all of the rest methods, nothing fancy. I think OP can do it himself.

Couldn't you just ask for a refund now saying you've waited long enough - and that it hasn't come and you now want to cancel it all together? [old roommate did that]

Ok I will try that because I am impatient af Thanks, but wouldn't they ask for a return once i get my item as its already on its way

Without signature, or anything - there is no proof - and you' never got it. obviously their shipping system has errors ~

Yes wait. It's the standard procedure for a UK site. No track from the UK = you have to wait 20-30days before you get a refund.
A partial refund would be stupid for an order without track. So you just have to wait.
