Microsft order issue

I cant seem to order from microsoft keeps getting cancelled then when i ring they keep asking me to give them my card details so they can put the order through.

The fuck? Try a new account, if you're not using PP, are you sure you have enough money on the card or that it isn't blocked? Or maybe you have spending limit on it

best buy did this shit to me and i never scammed them once
