Would it be possible to edit a swf sprite, then record me playing some gameplay with a "jugg". Also, more clips of me having the "jugg" in my inventory, then say I lost it to some vault error?

just make it look real, dont let them know its altered in any way otherwise you will be banned
but if they cant tell if its fake, they will debate on whether or not to give you the item, most likely they say no but it has worked in the past

you won't be banned, they just won't give you the jugg most likely. If a mass vault glitch happens like last year october i think, then you might actually get it. Don't admit to it being fake.
They most likely won't do it anymore.
If you recall when they first took over the game and there was a major bug, you could contact support and get yourself items. Lots of people, as a result, got free UTs etc from that.
Deca support will not go through that 'era' of giving out items because of a bug anymore due to the exploit

as long as it wasnt obvious fake, u didnt have to do anything, they would have simply said yes or no, if they can tell its definitely 100% an altered fake image of some sort, then that will be the only time they ban you or warn you
They won't do anything... until you make it suspicious.

I got permanently banned for 'scamming and misleading staff' by doing the same thing you did last October during the vault dupe.

It was pretty obvious, edited a swf, and never hovered over the actual item, just left there.
So, CS:GO had the exact same problem with their support. People would fake getting scammed by another person and ask if they could get their items back. Back then, you were able to get your skins back due to how the support system worked.
Except, well, that "another person" is actually just the same person but using a VPN and other factors that made them look like they actually had gotten scammed. That person not only received their skins from support, they had the EXACT same skin (with the same float/wear) on the VPN account or a 3rd mule account. Obviously the support team had to revise their system and stop giving the exploiters even more than they could get, because not only were skins getting duped, there were multiples of skins that were literally worth thousands of dollars flowing inside the CS:GO economy.
If you tried faking yourself getting scammed today, the support team may believe it, but they won't give you your skins back.
Same shit happened with the duping exploit and abusing DECA's support system. Even if you make it look like your evidence for "losing" a Jugg look 100% believable, DECA won't give you the item because of the past.
trust me you wont get anything worth value like a jugg from deca, i've been trying to SE them out of multiple things for ages, all ive managed to get back so far is ALOT of tomb keys and shatts keys :3
