They wont give you a Juggernaut but you can get Keys.
Just say you opened Shatters for example, but everyone who tried to join crashed.

lmao, sorry bro i cant tell you the method, would be a dumb idea but you could always work a method out that suits you. its not hard to SE keys at all just think of something clever.

Since @Thuggz is too much of a pussy to give away this easy method to get free keys, here it is -

Simply write a support ticket saying you bought shatters (or any other key), opened it and mid-way through the dungeon it crashed. Be as specific as possible giving details of the exact time you opened it and approx. when the crash happened. Also say you were with a few people in that dungeon who can vouch for you. Then await a response and they will give you a key.

P.S Make sure you actually have a key or have bought a key recently. Deca cant check whether or not you actually opened a key but they can check whether or not you bought one. G.L.
