Steamcrack?

What is it and what can it do? Also if i use it on my account will i get banned in any ways?

What about if new update come out? do i have to delete my entire game? Also is it anyhow reliable on another games such like original skyrim dlcs or original Dark souls 2 dlcs

i almost forgot to ask who made Steamcrack because all i see is Virus riddled links lead to filthy russian sites and hijackers on youtube... i dont know who to believe anymore
