Making your own is one option or you can possibly post a request in the art section. For more information on making your own I'd recommend browsing the Art section. I know the dimensions of the user title is 152x22 so use Photoshop or something similar, set your canvas to those dimensions and begin making it. The font that most MPGH user titles use is Arial Bold I believe.
