There is always risk if menu gets detected, but for me everything works. You can get reported by other players, if you don't want that, use with people you trust (friends).
One thing: I saw for kiddion's job hopper, do job in at least one minute.

I am having issues with the vehicle godmode option. doesnt work whether i turn it on after getting into a car or before.
PED DROP is patched but you can always use kill all peds, in survival multiple times 
Nice hack. but Ped Dropper is not Working.

I used to use it for the CEO work 'HeadHunter'. Kill all targets imediately, easy money - Just keep reapeating it every 10 mins.

There is ESP in the paid version, which I can recommend.
