There will never be spawn opinion in external menu so no point asking for it. you can only spawn stuff with internal menu

Not true offsets can be used like functions and allow vehicle spawning

Sometimes i get TP to my yacht too, but it's no big deal. I just TP somewhere else and TP again to my destination.

Is there any way (or some other menu) that lets you alter the cooldown time for selling cars? Or is that impossible to alter?

i wouldn't even try it.
The Anti Glitch System from Rockstar is already better then their Anti Cheat System.
You risk to can't drive any car to LSC for months by doing it.

Any way of making the vehicle mods stick? like the colors and turbo/xenon etc?

Hey today a guy was calling me out for having god mode on(I was in my garage, I wasn't messing with anyone.) I proceeded to turn it off and he messaged in chat again saying i shut it off, so I turned it on again and he called me out once more for having god on. Can anyone tell me what they could have been using to be able to see that?

With another Mod Menu which is Displaying Ingame Info, there are a couple of it, but i don't know a Free Safe One.

For the Arg if u can Call Functions from External or not: it depends how u define an External Hack. At least for me an External is, if it doesn't allocates Memory in the Target Process.
For Calling Functions you need even to Hook a Thread, it doesn't matters if i know the offset or not and that will allocates Memory, but technically you can provide the Function Pointers to an External Application from there so it can call it, but it's not possible without allocating Memory in the Target Process, so this Method won't match my definition of an External Game Cheat.
