Just someone report you in doubtfully, Devs can read your private profile anytime. Don't forget.

devs cant read yr private profile

Public profile is always required to ban achievement hacking

hure1233 just accidentally leak his UserID which leads to his steam profile this is the cause dude

The thing is that People can see your Screenshots you made from a Game, in my case it's DBD. i had like 200 Screenshots and people can still see them even if a profile is private. I never really realized that. I guess that was also one main problem how they found out that my save file wasnt clean.

By default when u upload a ss on steam its set to public but at after uploading them u can make them private (profile > screenshots > manage screenshots > make private)

Btw. Devs can't give ban when you hack achievement, because this is Steam features. If someone actually received the banned only on the basis of hacked achievements and there is no other evidence - it is abuse of powers and subject to the submission to Valve.

Another thing is that the hacked achievements = hacked profile.

When you have your Steam Cloud disabled all the time, they will not be able to check your current (hacked) profile. But you can never turn it on because it will update itself.

I dont know any other Developer who are Banning for hacking Achievments...

Man just because i got banned doesnt mean i cant play the Game anymore. I already have a new Key for the Game (thanks David Ze) and will continue Hacking. Will be more careful now...

Yeah, so this bans are stupid and Valve should be notified.
