There is no easy fast way to get opskins refunded. You basically add funds to your opskins account from your paypal, buy skins and trade them over to your steam account. Then you open a dispute on paypal, write some bs that you never received you item etc and wait. They will end up refunding you after a month or so. I think this has something to do mainly with your paypal account. If you do this on a new paypal account, chances of winning the case is low. My paypal was however a 2+ year business account with more than 20k$+ transactions, hence, paypal sided with me.
