well I just did a SE for them but its because I had the item to send pics of the serial and everything just dont have for 840

(yep i know happaned something similar even before but never longer than 8 days).

well it may have helped i had a receipt directly from them....from when i bought a headset that i had already SE just never sent in any of them just got my replacement and sold the old one
