You can actually. im using at the moment working fine

pretty sure dweard is an exclusive skin item so you have to unlock through HxD

Download HxD, open with HxD DeadByDaylight-WindowsNoEditor.pak , then here you search for dlc which you want https://steamdb.info/app/381210/dlc/ , you copy that id and you search it in HxD , when you find it you have to replace it with the last breath chapter dlc id.
Doctor dlc 582600 you change it to nurse dlc 509060 in HxD.
Make sure you have the last breath chapter in your library.
