Okay so I refunding some clothes on express and I was told the order will be reviewed and I should get an email about my refund in 3 days but the problem is, one of the things I ordered doesn't fit and I need it by next week. Would it be sketchy to go in-store and take the one item for an exchange without the receipt BEFORE the refund even goes through? or will that mess up the refund in their system?
Not too sure but i would wait? You can continue calling express and annoy them until they hurry up your refund
just repeatedly call and email them, so they might come back to you faster and tell you whats up
I believe their no receipt policy is you can exchange one item with no receipt. Just keep the tag on, say you lost the receipt and they should let you exchange it. They have no way of knowing the item is refunded by just the tag.
