Microdosing computer duster

Hey guys I need to find a way to stop smoking so much weed and found computer duster is a great alternative to ending my weed addiction. One 10 second air blast gets me so fucking zooded IDK who I am, I'm just wondering if microdosin computer duster will help me end my weed addiction. Since I have been doing it, I don't felt the urge to smonk within the next 22 minutes after doing duster.

my weed addiction is getting so bad i'm smonking like eigth gram pound a day.

Go to rehab or a support group. There are MA groups but idk whats it like in ur area. You can also go to AA nand NA cause both offer pretty much general addiction support. Lmk if u need help finding meetings

Cut your finger or lip each time you think about "smonking" weed

Tie a rubberband to you wrists and pull it every time the thought of weed pops up
