Your going to have a mighty hard debate with yourself on whether to release those or not powerful as the seem....
0 Delay does NOTHING but waste bullet, just to let you know. Even though it will give you the appearance you are shooting more rockets, you are really only doing the damage of 2 rocket shots per click.
