Yea but too many paypal disputes and ur account is bye bye, idk if its really worth it for 500$. I mean only if you really want the phone, but reselling is a waste of time. I think what would be the best idea is do it like a microsoft in a way. Call them, try to refund it. If they say no, get a case number from them. Make a paypal dispute, say they dont want to help u bla bla, include the case number, say never arrived, no proof, etc, and it should be a bless

and keep in mind that gearbest shipping sucks, I had missing parcels even with the tracking (shipping to eu) so it is possibile that you will not receive it for real
