I need an experienced person who has experience SE'ing Apple. I have a product that I legally can get refunded (Apple did some no-no's in my country) but since it's an old product it cannot be replaced so I assume they're going to offer me my money back. What I would like you is to persuade them into giving me a replacement (newer version) - I'll fill you in with all the details if you're interested.

Requirements
- Experienced in SE eg. refunding and replacing items with Apple
- Have proof of your experience
- Do it in EU

He was referring to me, I agree with mymomidk literally impossible without having the swat team at your house lmao, theres like a million apple stores they're going to ask you to make an appointment and bring it in.

Refunding is when you get the item shipped and they call Apple and tell them it didn't come in yet, so you get your money back.
