Questionrefactor menu?

refactor menu?
im reading a tutorial for C# because it was recomended to me by someone at the book store who seemed qualified( he looked like a really big nerd and he knew alot of the big acronims in their titles). The book says that i need to change the name of something throough the refractor menu and i can find it, much help would be advised. im using VB2008 express edition if that helps.

VB2008 != VC#2008...
Get yourself Visual C# 2008 express if you want to use C#

well i have that one it just said to use that but thanks ill try it in there
EDIT: dude thanks so much this fixed my whole problem and im almost on part 2, this is amazing.
