A while ago there was a service offering games for 1-2$ for pc with offine use. Cant find it anymore. Can you help me?

I don't think that exsist besides just buy the game off a retailer like g2a and refund?

there are "cracked" versions of steam that let you play basically any game you want just offline

Its basically steam account sharing. You get the full game except the online use of the game.

There is in selling section a guy who is selling uplay acounts with Origins and offline activation
