Depends what you define as good. What will you use it for, hardcore gaming, light gaming, what do you consider a playable FPS, what games will you run, what graphics settings you want? That will help me narrow it down to build one for you

I will be playing mostly MMORPG's and RPG's. I would like to use the highest settings. I might get into some FPS games like Combat Arms.
