I'm pretty sure it's because he's a ban evader, since I couldn't find any open ban reports on him, and he doesn't have enough posts for a post ban and I couldn't find a post recently about his birthday.

This is my second, opened to confirm that I have not been hacked, just wanted to change my Skype. Also some issues with VPN/ISP.
