Ultimate RotMG Hack Client FAQ.
Recently, there has been a surge of hack clients released, and it has come to my attention that there is inadequate information of this site to help out all the users. Therefore, I am creating this ultimate thread of hacking help and tutorials. Hopefully, this reduces the help spam on the release threads itself. A stick would be appreciated @Ahl @Raple.
Required Softwares:
1) Click here to install Adobe Flash Player Projector.
2) Click here to install Wine for Mac OSX.
3) Click here for the latest RotMG hack client releases.
4) Click here to download WinRar, an extraction software.
Basic FAQ:
Regarding Approvals: Any release on this site will have have to be approved by a minion or moderator, to ensure it is safe to use and does not have any bad sides to it. Therefore, you can expect a wait time before the attachment is approved. Commonly, you will get this message whilst trying to download the file : Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator. The best thing to do is not to spam tag any minion, because I can assure you, they will approve it as soon as possible. Try avoid posting on the thread, as it will be approved soon enough, and most of the time you are just annoying others. This is the first thing you should know on this site, and is essential if you want to remain a reputable member.
Common Errors:
1) Language Error: This is a very common error, and most of the time, it is something that will take less than 30 seconds to fix. If you are using some hacked clients, it will come with a file called LangFix.exe. If you have this, simply double click the file and then you should be good to go. If that file has not been provided, you must follow these steps:
• Right click on Adobe Flash Player Projector
• Go to the last tab in the options that comes up.
• Then there should be a "Trusted Location" button. Press it.
• Press "Add Location".
• Add your hacked client, or the folder where is it placed.
• Restart your Flash Player Projector, and it should work.
2) Rar extraction: This may seem simple, yet it is surprising how many people have problems with it. To fix this, simply just install WinRar or any software that extracts .rar files. Then, double click the .rar file and select WinRar on the menu that comes up, or just drag the .rar file onto the WinRar shortcut. Then, just extract onto your Desktop, or wherever you want to place it.
3)Disconnections: Disconnections from the game can be very frustrating for some users. This is why it is very common to rage. However, by following these simple steps, you can make your disconnections very unlikely to occur, sometimes eliminating them completely.
• First thing you should do is go to your options. (O in CrazyClient and Nillys, Fn+F1 in ORAPE). Then what you want to do is find the debuffs tab. Then
what you want to do is turn off all debuffs. You may choose to keep confuse on, but apart from that, turn them all off. I understand many users won't
feel confortable from this, but trust me, it is the right way to go. If you don't want to turn them all off, just disable the ones commonly found in the
dungeon. For example, in Tomb, you would keep paralyse, armor break and slowed on, to avoid disconnections. This is due to the anti-cheat system installed by Deca Games, and this leads to a disconnect when it detects too many anti-debuffs
• Second thing you can do is alter the quality of your game. If you press the "View" tab on your Flash Player Projector, then set it to low. This is
optimal, because if you have it on low, the black tiles will significantly reduce, and therefore it will be less likely that you will be stuck on an object, and
then disconnect.
• Thirdly, you want to turn off "Disable Client Swap" inside the CrazyClient options. NOTE - This is for CrazyClient only. This will reduce most of the
usual disconnect, when you move items in your inventory.
4) FPS Lag: When you first start using a hacked client, you may notice a very laggy screen, and if you hop in game, you may have low fps. This can be due to 2 factors. First, on Crazy Client press O. Then, find your vay to the visual tab. Here, there will be an option for Fullscreen V3. When you turn this off, you should notice a significant increase of FPS. This is because you are loading much less tiles on your screen than before. Unless you have a powerful computer, that option should be turned off. On the ORAPE client, press Fn+F1 and then you should see the hack menu open up. On there, you want to turn it off, with the same reason as stated above. This is only suggested to keep it on if you have a powerful computer, as it can significantly increase your chances of dying. Another option you want to look at is changing the quality of the game that you have load into Flash Player Projector.
5) Client Features: If you are using Crazy Client, you will notice a few features that are different from the standard client. First of all, you will see a significantly change UI. Don't worry, this is normal, and no, you can't return it to normal. CL is Client Life. This is basically the "godmode" of CrazyClient. With this on, I can assure you that you won't die, unless you have insane lag issues. There is currently no way to disable it, and I wouldn't suggest disabling it too, as it can lead to massive fuckups. Then, there is the CrazyClient autonexus/autosave. Trust me, you will not die unless you have severe lag issues. I have personally tested this with many successful attempts, including standing on Spooky Boi, standing on Avatar, and tanking shots from the various shatters bosses. You will not die.
6) How to hack on a Mac OSX: Have you got a mac. Do you want to hack? Sometimes, you will be thinking that you are seriously disadvantaged whilst gaming is concerned. Let me please you in saying that even with a mac, you can get similar performance to a windows device. For this, download the softwares listed above under the Mac OSX section. Then what you want to do is set up the Wine. You need to set up a prefix. (Do this by clicking on the wine button in the task bar and then press the change prefix button. Create a new one and call it "RotMG". Now, to start the hack, you have to do 1 simple step. Just press the .exe file you have for the hacked client, and then open it with Wine. Then, you should either have it perfectly working fine, or it will come with language error. Just follow the tutorial above, and you will be set.
Advanced Help:
1) Ignoring specific mobs: As far as I know, this can only be done on a single hacked client, CrazyClient. Ignoring a mob means that you do not damage it. However, in the hack settings, you can enable the option to damage ignored mobs. If you go to chat, and type /cchelp, there should be a menu popping up. For now, this is a basic tutorial on what to do. /rig (Mob ID) This is basically removing a mob from the ignore list. To add a mob to the ignore list, simply to /aig (Mob ID). This is straight forward, it just adds a mob to the ignore list. For example, you wanted to create sick medusa drags in the fame train. So you would do /aig 1620. If you want to remove it from the ignore list, simply do /rig 1620.
2) K-Relay: K-Relay is one of the oldest RotMG Hack softwares existing, and it is very simple to use. Download the latest K-Relay from the current release section on this forum, then to install it, simply drag the whole folder onto your desktop. Then what you want to do is open up K-Relay.exe, and this should start up a new window. (Quick note, this works on Mac OSX too). Then what you want to do is choose your settings from the menu, and then once you are done, press the save button. Now, simply start the proxy. To connect to proxy server, go back to home on your HACKED CLIENT and then simply select the proxy option from the server menu. Using K-Relay is actually very good, as you can use plugins such as Anti-Lag and Fame bot. Read below for a tutorial on how to add hacks to your K-Relay.
3) Adding Hacks to K-Relay: Adding hacks to K-Relay is actually very simple. First what you want to do is download a hack dll from this site or any other site you wish to obtain it from. Then simply copy the .dll file and go to the k-relay folder. Navigate to the plugins folder, and add it there. Now restart your K-Relay, and there should be the hack under the plugins tab. There should also be instructions on how to use it if you click on it.
4) Muledump: Ahh, now we come to the beloved muledump. Everyone loves using it, and it is arguably the best external software you can use for RotMG. To use muledump is very simple. Go to this page. Here, it should take you to a site where you can set up an online muledump, where minimal effort is required. Once onto that page, simply import your accounts.js (download it from the jacodex github page). When you have done this, it will prompt you to choose your settings. My suggestion is to do this before you start using muledump, as if you customise it, there is minimal chance of confusion and errors. You can also use the manual version, and there is a tutorial for that on Jacodex's Github.
5) Multiboxing: So you want to multibox in RotMG. Well let me disappoint you now by saying that you will be very disadvataged if you multibox. First of all, un-named characters don't get soulbound damage. Secondly, multiboxing has limited softwares, and Kronkboxer isn't functional anymore. So apart from the few releases here on this site, there isn't much scope in this field. However, just use like the K-Relay plugin, and you should be fine.
6) Duping: If you are looking to dupe, let me tell you, that you either need to buy a paid method, or just wait for a free method to leak. Here is a link to the official MPGH dupe discussion thread. Let me warn you, that this thread is to not beg for a dupe method, but to share dupe methods, duping meet-ups, dupe attempts and successful dupes. Anything apart from that is not meant to be for that thread, but for PMS/other communication methods.
7) Buying and Selling: Buying and selling, otherwise known as Real World Trading, is an essential part of RotMG hacking and gameplay. If you do manage to master this, the possibilities are limitless. Money will be at your feet, and you will instantly start to see a improvement in the quality of your account. Here is the official MPGH thread for Buying and Selling. Go to there if you want to buy some items/buy a service. You can also start your own thread for buying/selling, as long as you meet the requirements.
