CAC BYPASS CODE LINE HELP

Apparently this code helps bypass CAC and it works it is a thread on the cheating forum for gmod.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with it? I get this error whenever I run it as an Lua which it's suppose to be ran at. I tried fixing it but no luck.
