Why is it downloading workshop map in an OW case?

Doubt it, they don't even support the other gamemodes. Perhaps you lost a download from your subs.

Which map is it?

If you actually looked at the scoreboard In the overwatch, you would see that It Is prob a compatability version of a csgo map (let's say it's dust2, because it's the latest updated map) so basically it is a older version of the map because the overwatch is old (i guess..).
