NO. Garry's Mod And Any Other Valve Game D.O. N.O.T Run On The Same Engine. Garry Developed His Own Engine For Garry's Mod To Ensure He Can Catch The Most Cheaters Possible. If It Ran On The Same Engine, It Would Be Massively Vulnerable To 0 Day Memory ULX Exploits.

It Is Very Possible To Get Valve Anticheat Banned In The Game Of Garry Mod. If You Inject BIGpackets Or CitizenHake You Have A 0.1 Percentage Chance Of Getting The Ban.
