Wallhack

Hello,
i heard about a Wallhack in DbD with the Perk Nurse calling, how do i do that and its "safe" ?

Its Patched for now......

i dont think so, or its a new methode.
I had 3 Games where the Killer alltimes know where i and the other survivors are.
And after the Game all Killers have Nurse Calling....
