Hello there. If I want to make an SE service, should I give a vouch copy first and then make thread or?
If so, who should get vouch copy?

Better to give it to someone who's credible in this site, i.e. moderating staffs

Give a vouch to moderators or someone with 1500 posts, anything else other than that is not valid

Give it to any staff member. You'll most likely be able to open a service then.

If it's a brand new service, as in a new product that noone else on the forum does; then you'll have to give a vouch copy to a staff member first. If it's an already well esablished SE, as in for example Fitbit watches; then you can give out the vouch after the thread is up.

Always give vouches to high rep users.
