Reseted the EAC BYPASS, got another method , i'll share this in private.

Guys, you know that if you edit a file , it changes its size and that's what EAC does to send the error message. It has a preseted value size for each file. As this was done , we need to edit the file in mode that them remain at the same size.
Now lets talk about the unpacking. EAC detects that the .pak file is not anymore there cuz is named .pak.bak. As it is , we need to pack again the file and everything will pe allright. Im using WinRAR for packing them again and is working for me. Tell me about yours.
And another method is that we should can replace the older EAC files from the game folder, and from appdata.

You can't pak it again with winrar

You can .rar it , and after raring it you can change its extension .pak. I confirm works. Tell me yours.

Man, you need to get the files in the folder "content" from C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead By Daylight\DeadByDaylight\Content.
And then unpack the pak file. After unpacking , you edit what you need. After editing/modifying you pack the file into a .rar using WinRAR , normal settings, and then , change the extensions of the file.
