When I usually sell accounts I never do paypal. but lately I really need to. So does the buyer sending something through F&F avoid the person from charging back? anyone who is an experienced seller that can help me out?
It definitely won't stop them from charging back, but they'll have less options.
When you send via F&F they only have one option which is "unauthorized transaction" which 'usually' closes in your favor if your Paypal is verified and has many reputable transactions.
However, the buyer can always contact their bank and perform a chargeback, which you will have no power over.
Paypal is flawed, however, is probably the most used online wallet which makes sellers have to take the risk to get business/sales.
Hope that helps.

Try to make sure that guy you are trading with is a trusted one. And don't trust these ones with fresh PayPal accounts.
As @Jed said, there are less risks if you take the payment via F&f. But still it is almost impossible to lower the seller's risks even more.
I personally had to deal with over ~500$ of chargebacks during few weeks from a 'trusted' buyer that decided to make his exit scam and I got triggered and deleted my paypal since that.
Just don't trade with sketchy people. But there's really no way to avoid such issue. Scammers will always find a way to scam.
Have high standards with people who can use PayPal
If they don't have Friends and Family option and you're still okay. An extra measure can be taken by telling them to open and close the dispute.

Doing this often can get your account limited.
If you chargeback a lot of payments, it may result in a closure or a limitation on your account
