Client not loading?

Ran into another error when I loaded my client. Not getting errors in server.exe and wserver.exe but client is givine me a d'oh message.

Did you just run it and it didn't work on some random day? Or did you change something?

was most probably of a change but I dont think anything was wrong the other day :/
