Client/Website Not Loading

If your client or website is not loading at the load screen before the menu even comes up then that means that your last logged in account was a hacked one and therefore you won't be able to get past that screen unless you delete your cookies or something like that.

If you are already logged in on a legit account and are trying to log in to a banned account then you will be stuck on the try again reloading screen.

Therefore if you can't sign in at all your account is banned

RIP my mule who had only unreleased items. It's nice that my main wasn't banned and I didn't lose anything. I feel sorry for the experienced player who traded life pots or something for the unreleased.

WTF I get this on my main but I'm not banned? Only a couple of my miles have been banned... ?
