Are you updating from a previous version or extracting for the first time?

I have just extracted it and run it and it works fine. I'm not sure what could be going wrong. Can you try clicking the 'Log' button in the toolbar as soon as you open it and see if anything appears in the window that comes up?

No worries; glad you managed to fix it.
Is it possible to run RBOT on the Test Server (1) and (2)?
I have been trying to get this to work without any success unfortunately.
The Upgrade Checklist Option is no use?
When I grab the reference to an item in my inventory...

e.g.
Code:
Item i = bot.Inventory.GetItemByName(string)
Do I need to keep updating that reference, or will method calls always return up to date information?

What I mean is

e.g.
Code:
while (i.Quantity < 50) {
     bot.Player.Kill("*");
     bot.Player.Pickup(i.Name);
     i = bot.Inventory.GetItemByName(string); // is this necessary to keep method data up to date?
}

Yes that line is necessary; you have to update the reference. A much more elegant way to do what your doing is using:

Code:
bot.Player.KillForItem("*", "ItemName", 50);
does this have swf grabbers as well? thanks! <3 wanna get as much as swf files as i can...
It does not, but if you want to grab SWFs, just use fiddler.

What I'm writing is a bot that will account for merging sub-materials for a merge item.

So you tally these:
U.Energy/50 = 1 Spirit Orb
100 SpiritOrb = 1 LSO

So if your goal is 1 Bright Aura you can have 40 LSO, and 500 Undead Energy.
