paypal question?

So I just started using PayPal and I transferred some money from my PayPal balance to my debit card. it said its under review and should take 24 hours before it goes through. should I be worried or is this just normal protocol? will this happen all the time? I chose the "instant" option where they deduct 25 cents as a fee. 24 hours when it said 30 mins doesnt sound so "instant" to me

And yes this is my first time trasnferring some paypal balance to my card.

This is also a new debit card but its linked to the bank and everything its all legit.

usually it takes 3 to 5 days for me to show up on my credit card , so i think it's a normal procedure

When you pick an 'instant' transfer it should be processed within 30 min or few hours. But pp seems to ignore this rule if you are new pp user and have no trust credit. If you are legit and will use pp constantly it will be fine and you should not worry about it.
Look through the comments and threads on paypal support forum, there are always some examples of this issues.

Usually I get it the next day when I choose instant. No fees associated with it whatsoever either. Then again, my PP is verified and all that jazz.

I get it within 30 minutes when I use instant.

Thanks. I recieved the money just fine it was literally 24 hours on the clock it got sent over. Must have been just a fail-safe since this is first time using card.
