I just need to ask is there anyone who can crack email address passwords? sorry I'm kinda noob in this and would appreciate your help.

Do a little Research your self, its not impossible but its not as easy as it used to be, years ago when i was active in the hacking scene we used tools such as THC hydra or private brute forcers, may i ask what email service your going after?

Depending the email provider. For the main providers like gmail, yahoo ... It's not really easy.
