Not really. Whenever you press 'Q', it will zoom in, shoot, then zoom out.

wait a second isnt "q" already ingame thing to switch a gun? im pretty sure it is...

This is a real good idea another thing you know when you put a sniper in scope mode and it moves a little is it possible to have the aim to not move while ur sniping? cause sometimes your waiting for him and u cant kill him because it went beside the player who almost got killed, i don't know if u would want to make this hack and i don't know whether this would fit in the mods or a simple pub hack o.0

Just go to controls, and change "Previous Weapon" to something other than 'Q'.

The movement thing is called Gun Sway and it used to be really easy to edit it. Nexon recently encrypted the file that controls it however.

The file is located at:
C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Profiles\player.txt

yo this is actually sick a hint for all make a cross hair with tape or something in the middle of ur screen so u can actuallly hit people
