Need help on how to start coding a hack.

Hi guys, out of all of the times i hacked i've been using other peoples hacks. Can you guys help me code my own hacks or tell me where to get started?\
My questions are:
what language should i get started on
what program should i use
do you guys have any pre made source code to help me out?
what would you guys recommend for me to do.( i have never coded).

C++ is a good start, and so is C#. Take your pick, but I would recommend C++ as a starting language.
