The new Patch will include:
New Black Crate: Micro-Galil Scope
New Weapon Item: M12S
New Mall Iem Item: M4-Adv [Silver]
New Map: Labatory 2?
Some other Content
Some Game Fixes

Maybe this is in the next patch...and possibly more in the Black Market
