osu! Profiler

to me its still working, but i dont know xD

Whenever I tried this on my desktop it wouldn't work at all. I know how to use it, and I've installed the Visual C+ 2017 redists, but it would say that the hardware.cfg file is being used by another program. Nothing was opened with the file, and I even tried to restart my PC and the same thing came up. On my laptop, this works fine.

Anyone have a clue on why this is happening?

When im change id and change it back my windows are removed wtf
