[Help] Question on Glitching

Well I have been glitching for a while now and have always had threats to be "reported", I know you can be banned for glitching but I have heard a rumor that it is only for 3 days. Can anyone confirm this or say the length of ban?

It's 7 day ^_^. Or 3 day, My friend's was 3 day mine was 7day Idk what I did that was worse than him but o well.

first time 3/7 days depends on the kills you mnade
second time permanent
better glitch in closed rooms
